Outpatient Rehab Program in San Diego

What Is an Outpatient Program?
An outpatient program is the least intensive level of structured care, offering therapy and recovery support on a part-time basis. Clients typically attend one to two sessions per week while continuing to live and work in their communities. At Golden Coast Rehab, our outpatient program is designed for those who’ve completed a higher level of care—or who simply need weekly guidance, check-ins, and access to therapy as they maintain momentum in their healing journey.
What’s Included in Our Outpatient Program
Our outpatient program is fully tailored to your needs, ensuring that you continue to receive compassionate, evidence-based care even as your recovery becomes more self-directed.
- Weekly individual and/or group therapy
- Ongoing psychiatric care and medication management (if needed)
- Life skills coaching and relapse prevention support
When Is Outpatient Care the Right Fit?
Outpatient treatment is ideal for individuals who’ve already made progress in recovery and want to stay connected to support without a major time commitment. It’s also a good fit for those with stable living situations, strong support networks, and a desire to remain engaged in therapy while resuming everyday life. At Golden Coast Rehab, our San Diego outpatient program meets you where you are—flexibly, respectfully, and with long-term success in mind.
